| Get Ready for 24 Hours of Free Group Support on Sept 10th |
| Because suicide prevention is very close to our hearts at Turn2me, we're planning a bunch of events for World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th. One of them will be online support groups, running for 24 hours straight, from 12 midnight September 10th to 12 midnight September 11th. These will provide emotional support for anyone feeling distressed or suicidal, as well as families, friends or colleagues concerned about someone. The groups will, as always, be facilitated by professional therapists and psychologists, and run free of charge.

| Apply for Free Counselling - In our Engage Programme |
The Engage Programme at Turn2me is a way of supporting people through weekly, 1-to-1 online counselling sessions. What makes this programme different is that the 1-to-1 sessions are combined with two of our other services, and the programme is free of charge.
• Online Support Groups (OSGs)
• Daily ‘Thought Catcher’ entries.
By using a combination of all three services, the ‘Engage Programme’ at Turn2me provides more intensive, more frequent support for our clients.

| Wavelength - Turn2me Radio - Launching Soon |
We are delighted to announce, that soon, we will be launching Wavelength, our new weekly, interactive, radio show. Our members will have the opportunity to post questions to a panel of experts on various mental health topics, and have them answered and discussed on the show.
